Nancy Janice Barker

Nancy Janice Barker, age 72, passed away on Wednesday November 10, 2021 at Marion General Hospital. She was born on December 19, 1948 in Marion, OH to the late Melvin and Alice (Risch) Longshore.

She worked at goodwill industries as the office manager. Her family was her number one priority. She enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, and her tablet.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Eric (Jennifer) Longshore, daughter Akaloni Assaudi-Brown, sisters Marsha (Gene) Herdman, Jean Lahey, brother Steve (Linda) Longshore, her very best friend Sherry (Roger) Stapleton, 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Monday November 15, 2021, from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Service 318 Mt. Vernon Ave., Marion, OH 43302, with a service to follow.
