Jesse "Joe" Arnold Powers

Jesse A. “Joe” Powers, age 55, of Marion passed away suddenly on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Marion General Hospital surrounded by family and loved ones. Jesse was a very loving and generous father and friend, even more so as a grandfather. He will be truly missed by many. Jesse is survived by his mother; Katherine (Sellers) Powers of Marion, his son; Joseph D. (Fiance Crickett Combs) of Marion, his sister; Cathy (Phil) Smith of Cable, Ohio, two grandsons; Braxton Gregory and Avin Powers, his granddaughter; Kirra Powers, his nephew; Wesley Hartmen, three nieces; Kadie Smith, Randi “Nikki” Powers and Alexis Powers and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Carri (Jake) Sellers and Maude (Ira) Powers as well as his father; Jesse D. Powers.
