Janet Sue Koons

Janet Sue (Penny) Koons born on December 28, 1959. Jan was born to the late Cecil (Bob) and Virginia (Taylor) Penny in Marion, OH. She is survived by her lifetime companion, husband, and best friend Tracy M. Brammer for over 20 years. She was a graduate from River Valley High School Class of 1978. Jan worked at the Kable Fulfillment Corporation for many many years. She was loved by all that knew her, she had many friends along with her campground family, but the love of her grandchildren was indescribable, she loved all the babies. This also includes the love of her fur babies Tangueray and Bear (who adopted her). Her love for camping was a given, she enjoyed the camp life and her gardening and all the trips she and Tracy took together to the lakes fishing and boating.

Jan is survived by her husband and the love of her life; Tracy M. Brammer; daughter Judith (Bryan) Patterson, Cosby, TN; sons Randy (Kim) Brammer, and Skip (Sabrina) Brammer all of Marion; sister Cheri (steven) Brown of Tennessee; Brother-in-law Dean Swaine of Las Vegas, Nevada; niece Kim Swaine; nephews Steven and Jason Brown; great niece Audrey Brown; 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Jan was proceeded in death by her parents Bob and Virginia Penny and sister Patricia Swaine.

Visitation will be held on Thursday May 21, 2020 at Edwards Funeral Service 318 Mt. Vernon Ave., Marion, OH 43302 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. We ask that everyone practices safe social distancing.
