Felicia Prude

July 22, 1967 — December 15, 2020

Felicia Prude age 53 of Marion, Ohio went home to be with The Lord Tuesday December 15, 2020 at Marion General Hospital.  Felicia was born in Marion, Ohio on July 22, 1967 to James Earl Prude and RoseMary (Wade) Hall.

Felicia was a devoted, faithful member of True Faith C.O.G.I.C. where her uncle Supt. Michael J Wade is her pastor.  Felicia served as the devotional leader and was a member of the choir.

Felicia loved serving on the Kitchen Committee and the Feed the Needy program.  Her daily devotional readings with her family brought her great joy.  Felicia loved Praise and Worship and when The Holy Spirit would hit, Felicia would get her dance on.  One of Felicia's favorite church songs is "There's Room at the Cross for you".

Felicia also enjoyed cleaning, cooking, eating and helping anyone who asked without hesitation. Her favorite foods were spaghetti and fried chicken wings just to name a few.

Felicia will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.  She leaves behind to cherish her memory; her son Michael Earl Prude of Marion, Ohio; her granddaughter Zemira Nicole Prude of Marion, Ohio; dad Ulysseus Sims of Mansfield, Ohio; three brothers James Carlos Prude of Marion, Ohio, Mark Prude of Delaware, Ohio, and Miguel Wright of Columbus, Ohio; three sisters Rose (LeRoy) Russell, Chayla (LeAunti) Prude-Jefferson and Lashaunda (Kenneth) Drake all of Marion, Ohio; aunt Ella Ruth Cochran of Marion, Ohio and a uncle Supt. Michael (Mae) Wade of Marion, Ohio and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Felicia was preceded in death by her son Barron Malcom Prude, granddaughter Nevaeh Prude, her parents James Earl Prude, RoseMary (Johnny) Hall, her maternal grandparents Nellie and Martin Wade, and paternal grandparents Silverene and Oscar Prude.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 23, 2020 at Kings Temple  267 Senate St. Marion, OH 43302 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with a service to begin at 11:00 AM with Superintendent Michael Wade presiding. Burial will follow at Chapel Heights Cemetery. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED.
