Donald Joe Patrick

Donald Joe Patrick, age 81, passed away on Friday June 19, 2020 at Marion General Hospital. Joe was born on January 26, 1939 in Mt. Victory, OH to the late Charles Patrick and Edith Rockhold.

He is survived by his loving wife, Waltraud “Wally” Patrick, his sons Randy (Maureen) Patrick, Brian (Jenny) Patrick, brothers, Douglas (Linda) Patrick, Gary (Mary) Patrick, Kenny Patrick, sisters, Jean (Jim) Kraus, Sharon (Ron) Scheeler. Also surviving are his grandsons, Dean Patrick of Lombard, IL, Darren (Stacie) Patrick of Delaware, OH, Brandon Allen of Texas, granddaughters, Dana Patrick of Hilliard, OH, Katie (John) Elliot of Mont Clair, VA, great grandchildren Callie Patrick, Isabelle Elliot, and Violet Elliot.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Bob Patrick, Chuck Patrick and Dewey Patrick.

Joe was a graduate of Harding High School, where he enjoyed playing sports. He was a big fan of watching the Browns and Buckeyes play on TV. A few of Joe’s hobbies include drag racing and restoring old cars.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to hospice care at Marion General Hospital

No calling hours will be observed, private family services will take place. Edwards Funeral Service of Marion, OH has been entrusted with arrangements.
