Richard Alan Jackson, age 36, passed away on Thursday December 19, 2019 at his home. He was born on June 18, 1983 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Richard and Kathy (Rigney) Norton. Richard work at USY for the past 7 years. He loved life, was very loved by so many and will be greatly missed. Richard is survived by his parents: Richard and Kathy Norton; brother James Norton; and sister Fawn (Chuck) Lovelace. Services will be held privately.
