Nancy J Westmoreland-Hale

Nancy J. Westmoreland-Hale was called home to our Heavenly Father and reunited with her beloved husband, Jack, on December 31, 2025.

Nancy was born on July 27, 1944, in Torrance, California, to Lloyd Westmoreland and Delores Parks. On September 25, 1963, she married the love of her life, Jack Hale, with whom she shared many loving years.

Nancy had the most loving heart and a beautiful soul. She found joy in caring for her plants, crocheting, crafting of all kinds, reading, and making earrings. Most of all, she cherished her family—near and far—and would do whatever she could to help anyone in need.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hale; her mother, Delores Parks; her father, Lloyd Westmoreland; her stepmother, Olive Westmoreland; her sister, Sue Dreadfulwater; her nephew, Dale Dreadfulwater; and many other loved ones.

Nancy is survived by her three daughters: Jessica (Alan) Rasey, Dawn (Rick) Reed, and April (Dave) Duncan. She is also survived by her two granddaughters, McKayla (Justin Mitchell) Rasey and Tasheena Funk; her sisters, Fern Westmoreland and Teresa Fisk; and her brothers, David (Crystal) Westmoreland, Mark (Angie) Westmoreland, and Lynn Westmoreland, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
