Merna L Rizor

Merna L. Rizor, age 93, of Marion and formerly a 50 year resident of Caledonia, passed away March 9, 2016. Born in Morrow, Ohio on December 28, 1922 to Samuel and Goldie (Neff) Beck, she married George F. Rizor on May 29, 1953 in Emanuel Lutheran Church. George preceded her in death as did two of her children; Stephen M. Rizor and David E. Rizor and a sister; Nyla Jane Green. Merna was a homemaker and faithful member of Emanuel Lutheran Church who enjoyed their Sunday morning radio broadcast. Surviving are her son; Timothy (Patty) Rizor, a brother; Don Beck, a grandson; David Rizor, three granddaughters; Penny (Jerod) Roberts, Angel Rose and Toni (Troy) Thibaut, six great-grandsons; Jordan Rose, Christian Decker, Tanner Thibaut and Joel, Tayls and Tru Roberts and her very special friend; Doris Hindman.
