Lorenzo Richard Paul Johnson

Lorenzo Richard Paul Johnson, aged 45, was called home to be with the Lord on January 27, 2024.

He was born to Trudy Johnson-Campbell and the late Lorenza (Boo) Jones. He graduated from Harding High School and attended college in Kentucky, where he received an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts.

Lorenzo was a hard worker and often walked to and from work. He received the baptism in the Holy Ghost at an early age and was called into the ministry to preach the Gospel. He attended Mayes Community under the leadership of Pastor John W. Mayes for most of his life. He was a member of True Faith under the leadership of Pastor Mike Wade at the time of his passing. Lorenzo truly loved God and very frequently walked to God's house. He had an awesome testimony of how God saved his life in a terrible accident a few months ago.

Lorenzo is survived by his mother Trudy Johnson-Campbell, his sister Trudy Carmella Johnson, his brothers Avery Johnson and Samuel Jones, Jeannette (Robert) Anderson, Angie Campbell, Janet Jones, and Augustina Wear. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles and nieces, nephews and cousins, and family and friends.

A private service will be held in memory of Lorenzo Johnson.
