She is survived by her father; Dennis Haycook, her mother; Margo Hazelett, her step-mother; Karen Haycook, her children; Mariah, Robert, Jillian, Lucas and Camille Lambert, her grandson; William Columber, 3 brothers, 5 sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
