Julia Ann Cowan, age 77, of Marion passed away late Monday morning at her home. She was born on January 14, 1937 and adopted at the age of 7 weeks by Ira Cowan. Never married, she had been a participating member of the Industrial Sheltered Workshop at MARCA and was preceded in death by a step-sister; Ruth.
