Judith "Judy" Ann Schultz

Judith "Judy" Ann Schultz, 86 of Big Island, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Marion General Hospital.

Judy was born on September 13, 1938, in New Augusta, Indiana to the late Robert and Alma (Webb) Marsh.

They moved to Byhalia, Ohio where Judy started school and later moved to the Green Camp area where she graduated in 1956 from Green Camp High School. She met the love of her life, Gene Schultz, while attending Green Camp High School. They were married on December 13, 1958. Together they shared over 66 years of marriage.

Judy worked in the office at United Facilities for many years until they shut down. She then went on to be the receptionist at the Marion Manor Nursing Home until she retired in June 2000.

Judy enjoyed traveling. After her and Gene retired, they took a trip out to the western states, and have been traveling to Frostproof, Florida during the winter months for over 20 years. She enjoyed gardening and was a wonderful cook. Judy loved being with her family and was a devoted wife, loving mom, and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Alma Marsh her brother, Gene Marsh.

She is survived by and will be greatly missed by her husband, Gene Schultz; son, Lynn Schultz; daughter, Marsha Schultz; granddaughters, Leslie (Taylor) Harris, and Lindsey (Andrew) Jones; great granddaughter Quinn Harris.

A private graveside service will be held Friday, August 8, 2025, at 1 pm.
