Joan Maxine Haas

Joan "Max" Maxine Haas, 85, passed away Monday January 1, 2019, 2 P.M. at Kingston Residence of Marion. She was born on April 19, 1933 in Marion, OH to the late Robert Wolfe and Ada (Ben) McClain Newell. She is survived by her son Ronald L. (Sabrina) Haas Jr., and her biggest joy, her grandson, Michael Haas. Joan is preceded in death by her loving husband Ronald Haas Sr., they celebrated  53 years of marriage together; sister Marilyn (Dick) Jones; and brother Robert A. Wolfe. Joan loved to travel, and she would always love and enjoy going to her grandson Michael's soccer games and bowling matches. Public Visitation will be held Saturday January 5, 2019 from 10 A.M. - 1 P.M. at Edwards Funeral Service 318 Mt. Vernon Ave., Marion, OH 43302. Memorial contributions can be made to Calvary Bible Baptist Church 1419 Linn-Hipsher Rd., Marion, OH 43302.
