Jeffery Allen Mahaffey

Jeffery Allen Mahaffey, age 53, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022. Jeff was born on March 29, 1969, in Marion, OH to the late Bonnie (Keller) Shaw and Ronald Mahaffey at Marion General Hospital.

Jeff attended Marion Harding High school and later received his GED. Jeff worked as a carpenter most of his life. He worked well with his hands and loved to build and work on different things. He loved to collect antiques and collectable items.

In his pastime, he loved to watch football and the History channel. He, also, loved to be with his family and have family gatherings.  One of his favorite things to do was, have a BBQ with family even if there wasn’t a special occasion.

Jeff was married to the late Shannon (Mahaffey) Arnold that he has two surviving children with, Bridgette (Zornes) Hindman and Karissa (Mahaffey) Sepulveda. He is survived by sisters Donna (Keller) Davis and Pam (Mahaffey) Summers, and brother Patrick Mahaffey.  Jeff is survived by nieces and nephews, Amanda Franklin, Kim Manley, Raymond Morrow, Richard Franklin, Curtis Manley, and Ollie Manley. He loved spending time with his three surviving grandchildren Adrian Sepulveda, Kaylease Hindman, and Arianna Sepulveda.

He will be missed by his loved ones and will be held dearly in our hearts. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Please contact Bridgette on Facebook for information on services, donations, and/or flowers.
