Jason Douglas Malone

Jason Douglas Malone, Sr., age 49, passed away on June 21, 2023. He was born on July 1, 1973, to the late Emma Gilda Owens and Craig Douglas Malone.

Jason was a father and grandfather. Along with being a dad that loved his children deeply, his favorite and proudest part of life was being a pawpaw to his 4 grand babies, all of whom adored him. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He possessed a creative and innovative spirit that helped him live life on his own terms.

Before his passing, he had a dream of opening a sober living house, providing treatment and support for others who were fighting a long-time battle similar to his own.

He believed in the power of human connection, and his intellect and charm made a memorable impact on many. He will be very much missed by his surviving family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Emma and Craig, his maternal and paternal grandparents, four cousins and an uncle.

He is survived by his 3 children: Kyler (Briahna), Jason, and Bricker, 4 grandchildren: Oakleigh, Oliver, Atlas, and Echo. Also by 2 sisters, 1 brother, 1 aunt, 2 uncles, several cousins, and several nieces and nephews.
