Daniel Vernon Hall Sr., 59, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2026, after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.

Dan was born on February 9, 1967, to Verniss Hall and Poca Hall. 

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Daniel and Lizzie Mae Hall, and Vernon and Lonnie Snedigar.

On May 9, 2000, Dan married the love of his life, Kimberly Kelley. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, family adventures, and countless memories.

Dan is survived by his beloved wife, Kim, his parents Verniss Hall and Poca Hall, his brother Douglas (Susan) Hall, his sons Daniel Hall, Jr. and Dustin Hall, his stepchildren Angel Sedlock and fiance' Brent Lambert and Darrin ( Jamie) Warwick, and numerous grandchildren. His sister-in-laws Krista Rhinehart, Karen (Jimmy) Creagh, and Karla (Mike) Biederman and his brother-in-law Tony Lagos.

Dan was a maintenance man by trade and had a gift for fixing just about anything. If something was broken, Dan was the person you wanted around. He was hardworking, resourceful, and never afraid to figure out how to make something work. 

He loved hunting, fishing, Mopar cars, and enjoying a cold beer. But perhaps what people will remember most about Dan was his personality. Dan never met a stranger. He loved to joke, tease, and pick on his friends and family, and that was his way of showing he cared. His laughter, sense of humor, and larger than life personality brought joy to the people around him, and his absence will be felt deeply.

Later in life, Dan and Kim discovered a love of traveling and exploring new places together. They would watch Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives to help plan their next adventure, turning the places they saw on television into memories they could make together.

One of their most recent adventures was atrip to the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador, one of Dan's favorite vacations. it was a magical trip filled with unforgettable moments, beautiful scenery, and the incredible experience of seeing animals found nowhere else in the world. It was one more adventure shared by Dan and Kim, and a memory that will be cherished forever.

Dan leaves behind a lifetime of memories, stories, laughter, and love. He will be remembered as a man who could fix anything, make anyone laugh, and never let an opportunity to give someone a hard time. Though his time with us was far to short, the memories Dan created with his family and friends will love on. His loved ones will carry his stories, his humor, and his love with them.

Dan will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
