Cindy Lou Norris (née Deel), born August 23, 1958, passed away on January 29, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Cindy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great‑grandmother, daughter, and sister. She was married to her beloved husband, Donald Norris, with whom she shared a life rooted in love, devotion, and family.
She dedicated many years of her professional life to Delaware County Bank, where she was known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and kind demeanor. Cindy took pride in her work and the relationships she built there, leaving a lasting impression on coworkers and customers alike.
At home, Cindy’s creativity shone. She loved doing crafts and was especially known for making personalized t‑shirts for family and friends, a tradition that brought joy, laughter, and meaningful memories to countless occasions. Her thoughtful handmade creations were reflections of the care she put into everything she did.
She was a proud and loving mother to Donald Norris II and his wife Jennifer Norris, and to her daughter Lindsey Pandoli and her husband Mike Pandoli. Cindy found her greatest joy in her grandchildren: Haley Norris, DJ Norris and his wife Autumn Norris, Hunter Norris, and Connor Norris.
She was also blessed to be a great‑grandmother to Lainey Norris, Scarlett Norris, and Hazel Norris, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Cindy is survived by her loving mother, Cathy Herriott; her brothers, Tony Deel and Tim Deel; and her sister, Bobbi Dolan, along with many extended family members and friends who will dearly miss her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Vadie Deel, and her stepfather, Bob Herriott.
Cindy will be remembered for her gentle heart, creativity, and unwavering love for her family. Her warmth and thoughtfulness touched everyone who knew her, and her legacy lives on through the generations she leaves behind.
