Charlene "Charlie" Ramsey-Rigney-Louden, 85, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026, at Woodside Village in Mount Gilead, Ohio.

She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed fishing, fast cars, and having fun. Although born in Jellico, Tennessee, she lived in Ohio for most of her life.

She was preceded in death by her partner, Donald J. Young; her son-in-law, George (Bob) Wolfingbarger; her great-granddaughters, Katie McLain and Lily Ramsey; her brother, John L. Rigney; and her sisters, Geraldine Rigney, Gladis Smith, and Vesta Smith.

She is survived by her five children, Tina Ramsey, Tamara Sweet, Rodney (Michelle) Ramsey, Dawn (George) Wolfingbarger, and Caroleigh (Jeff); her 12 grandchildren, Melissa, Jessica, Doni, Thomas, Mary, Charles, and Shawn Ramsey, Tiffany and Andrew Gushard, Carrie Levings, Dale Smith, Josh, Justin, and Christopher and Brandy Livermore; her great-granddaughter, Bridget Leitenberger; 31 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren (with one on the way).

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
