Barbara A Jackson

Barbara A. Jackson, age 68, of Edison passed away Saturday afternoon, March 7, 2015 at Morrow County Hospital. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on February 9, 1947 to Vernell Ivy Sr. and Vashti (Cartwright) Ivy-Ware who both preceded her in death. Upon moving to Marion with her husband; Harold Jackson Sr., she worked at Marion Correctional Facility until her retirement. Barbara was very active and loved life... serving as the Matriarch of her family and offering help to all those in need. Surviving are her husband; Harold Jackson Sr., her daughters; Karen Funderburk, Victoria Jackson and Charla (Eric) Rives, her sons; Charlie Funderburk Jr., Harold Jackson Jr., Carlton Jackson and Anthony Jackson, her sisters; Alice Mulkey, Gloria Chestnut, Vanessa Ivy, and Veronica (Hollie) Montgomery, her brothers; Charles (Joycie) Grandberry, June (Deborah) Grandberry, Vernell Ivy Jr., Vernon (Tetra) Ivy and Chris (Tara) Grandberry, 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 uncle, 2 aunts and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
