Audrey (Rogers) Flournoy, age 66, of Marion, Ohio, unexpectedly went to be with the Lord on November 21, 2016 from her place of residence. On July 15, 1950, Audrey was born in Marion, Ohio, the third of six children to the late James & Louise (Cosey) Rogers. She graduated from Harding High School. Audrey was united in marriage on June1, 1968 to Donald “Fats” Flournoy Sr. who preceded her in death. They shared thirty-five years of marriage together and to this union were born six children.Audrey was a devoted homemaker and formerly employed with Quaker Oats and Tecumseh Products. Audrey was an exceptional Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend and a natural “giver” to so many she came into contact with. Audrey stood firm in her faith in God and was quick to put the Devil in his rightful place. She leaves behind to cherish her memory 3 sisters; Bernice Rogers - Booker of Columbus Ohio, Karen (Michael) Douglas and Tracey White, both of Marion, Ohio, six children; Donald Flournoy Jr, Marcus (Chasity) Flournoy, Lottie Flournoy, William (Sue) Flournoy, Tara (James) Jacobs and Tiffany Flournoy, all of Marion and two loving young men who were like her own sons; Robert “Bobbo” Harbolt and Eric Creagh and a lifelong friend; Denise Mathis-Harris, twenty grand-children and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Audrey was also preceded in death by two sisters; Norman Jean Fout and Joyce Rogers.
