A. Eileen (Crum) Burris

Alma “Eileen” Burris, age 82, of Ashley passed away Friday morning at Genesis Presidential Center in Marion. Born in Green Camp on August 8, 1933 to Joseph and Elsie (Ralph) Crum, she married Robert G. Burris on May 5, 1956 in Kirkpatrick, Ohio. Robert preceded her in death after 33 years of marriage. Eileen graduated from Claridon High School in 1951 where she was active in band, chorus and volleyball and was a life-long member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by her brother; Leonard Crum with whom she made her home, her son; Joel (Dianne) Burris, her daughter; Lisa Kay Burris-Smith and her 5 grandchildren; Michael Burris, Loagan Burris, Lauren Burris, Kayli Smith and Hunter Smith.
