Paul Richard Highland, 84, passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones on Thursday August 01, 2019. He was born on December 24, 1934 in Marion, OH to the late Marion Highland and Marie Miller. Paul was a proud member of the US Army. He is survived by his son Brent Highland and two daughters Theresa and Tammy Highland. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
