Glenn Dale Roshon

September 21, 1924 ~ January 9, 2019 (age 94)

Glenn Dale Roshon of LaRue was born September 21, 1924 to the late Geneva Little Roshon and Ray Roshon. He peacefully passed away on January 09, 2019 at Brookdale Marysville. He was 94 years old. He is survived by his children; Carol Sue (Larry) Weaver, Rose Wolf Saunders, Linda ( Steve) Price, Michael Roshon and Vanessa Butz all of LaRue, Stephen (Pam) Roshon of Zanesfield, Brian (Michelle) Roshon of Prospect; two sisters, Louise Higgins of Galion and Annabelle Turner of Nashport, OH. Glenn farmed all his life and loved gardening and going to flea markets. He worked for the former Isaly's Dairy and Smith Dairy for 22 years. He truly enjoyed his family and all 50 grandchildren of which he had 8 great great grandchildren. He loved everyone. He was the best Dad, Grandpa and Pappy ever. He loved to do things for others, going out to eat, playing pool, checkers, cards, telling stories, jokes and reading books. He was always active and loved sports. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Esther Jean Roshon; brother Robert (Mary) Roshon; sister Blanche (Tommy) Daniels; brother in laws; Ralph Turner and Bill Higgins; son in laws; Ron Wolf and Lester Saunders; grandsons RJ Wolf and Zach Stayner. We wish to thank DeWolfe Place of Marion, Brookdale Marysville and Capital City Hospice for their loving care, and thanks to Joe Boyd Family and Jackie for faithful visits. In lieu of flowers contributions can go to Capital City Hospice.

Viewing will be held Saturday January 12th, 2019 from 1-3 P.M. at Edwards Funeral Service in Marion, OH. Service will begin at 3 and burial to follow at LaRue Cemetery.
